Curriculums standards are the key of vocational education curriculums. The implementation of curriculums standards is very important to improve the quality of vocation education & teaching. But it's still a new area in the researching of the implementation of curriculums standards in vocational education; the development of curriculums standards in Shanghai has been finished in current stage, then the implementation of the curriculums standards will be the focus to improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational school in Shanghai. But there is little deep research on the result of the implementation of curriculums standards in secondary vocational school in Shanghai. As the thinking of the theory of the implementation of curriculum standards and the concerns of the result of the implementation of curriculum standards in Shanghai, this study chose Shanghai vocational curriculum standards as the subject, and try to answer these core questions:How to implement the curriculum standards? How to detect the degree of implementation? What degree should be of the implementation of Shanghai vocational curriculum standards? How to promote the implementation of Shanghai vocational curriculum standards?The dissertation is consisted of five chapters.The first chapter, introduction. Based on the background and existing research, propose the research program of this paper.Chapterâ…¡, the theoretical study of the implementation of vocational education curriculum standards. On the basis of reference to the literature, construct the level of the hierarchy table, used to detect the level of implementation of curriculum standards, the location of the implementer:the teachers in the curriculum standards and is divided into non-implementers and implementers, in the degree of implementation is divided into seven levels:non-implementation, symbolic, misapplication, mechanical use, routine, elegant application and the promotion. But also the development of the different level observation points of vocational education curriculum standards: knowledge, attitude, sharing and the status of implementation. This is the analyzing framework and main observation point of the degree of implementation of curriculum standards in the study.Chapterâ…¢, the implementation modalities and the impact factors of vocational education curriculum standards. After the research of the implementation of the curriculum standards in 12 Shanghai vocational schools, find that curriculum standards are now implemented in Shanghai in the first phase (initiation or adoption stage), what level of the implementation of curriculum standards that teachers are in: there are less teachers in the "non-implementation "and" mechanical use" level; about 1/3 of the teachers are in the "symbolic" and "misapplication" level; about 1/3 of the teachers are in the "routine" level; "elegant application" and the "promotion" level is the highest requirements for teachers. In general, the overall implementation of curriculum standards in Shanghai is still in a low level. There is big difference in the degree of implantation of curriculum standards between different teachers and different schools.Chapterâ…£, the analysis of the impact factors of the implementation of Shanghai vocational education curriculum standards. Analyzing from three aspects:the curriculum standards, the implementer of curriculum standards (teacher) and the support conditions for teachers to implement curriculum standards (education administration and vocational schools) and find that the negative impact is far more than positive impact. For example, the content of curriculum standards is not scientific, the issuance is too small and inadequate; teachers lack of knowledge about curriculum standards, not accurate about the implementation method and less communication between teachers; less support, which limits the implementation.Chapterâ…¤, the countermeasures and suggestions on Shanghai curriculum standards. This chapter proposals specific suggestions on the three major factors obstacle the implementation of curriculum standards:the development and revision of curriculum standards need to be more rigorous, scientific; teachers should try to carry out curriculum standards-based teaching; education administration and vocational schools need to provide training Exchange and sharing of platforms and a variety of supporting conditions to promote the implementation of curriculum standards.
