In this paper, the physical entrance test questions had been divided into 4 different levels by using the SOLO classification theory:unistructural-level, muhistructural-level, relational-level and extendedabstract-level, Indicated by symbols U, M, R and E. With this theory we have done text study in the last three years'Physical Examination questions of The nationalâ…¡, Beijing and Shanghai volume, gotten the Ability Distribution and The data trend of these examination questions. Data show that the structure of last three years NCEE' physics exams have a similar trend that the declining proportion of R-level and the Increasing proportion of E-level. The ability of different parts of the paper presents a similar graph structure distribution line rule, that is, R-level college entrance examination questions has always occupied the dominant position of the physical questions, share scores are generally above 50%. Analysis tell us that the change of ability structure of NECC' exams shows the trend in recent years, the physics NECC just more and more emphasis on creative ability, capacity and reasoning ability and also shows that with the new curriculum reform in the nation wide expansion, the proposed new curriculum three-dimensional targets and to develop student ability-centered teaching philosophy is playing a guiding role through the NECC and gradually move forward. For this, Beijing Physical Examination paper embodied the most prominent and Shanghai's paper was relatively in stable performance.
