The Research Of Practice Social Workers' Burnout

This thesis takes Shenzhen for example, using literature method, field investigation, analyze the process of Shenzhen practice social workers'burnout; discusses the reason of the burnout, and gives suggestions to prevent it.Through literature method, the thesis cards the job burnout related theory and comprehends job burnout development, through participant observation and depth interview, the thesis understands the expression of burnout and the process of social workers'job burnout, discusses the influence factors that makes the social workers deep in job burnout, and finally finds out what lead to it.Paper is divided into four parts:Introduction:it illustrates the problem of the origin and the meaning; summarise the literature at home and abroad; explains the theory framework, research purpose, research methods and the core concepts; and introduces the basic situation of investigation objects, the specific performance of job burnout.Part2:this part introduces the manifestation of burnout, analysises of the typical case burnoutPart3:it analysises the processes of practice social workers'job burnout.Part4:through the process research, from the governmental, institutional and individual levels to practice social workers'job burnout causes analyzed; discusses what has taken to the social workers' job burnout by government, institution, association and social workers themselves; evaluates the lack of existing measures;Part 5:gives better suggestions to prevent and avoid job burnout, and research summary and reflection.
