The Study Of Job Burnout In Social Work Supervision

This paper takes Suzhou for example, through the analysis of suzhou city, put forwarda new mode of social work development in Suzhou. And point out that urgency andnecessity of the research. Also, It reveals what restriction mainland of China social worksteering mechanism in development with job burnout and psychological capital Angle,such as the social work not be social value, social position of being identified, low wages,the development opportunity not clear, etc. Through MBI survey to80social worker fromsuzhou, we find out that thay have the indication about Job Burnout which conclude morethan half people do in trouble mood situaition and experienced less achivement in caree.Above all, we proposed a sustainable development system about social workguiden,including how to develop a work guide and something new to consider in takingcare about social worker’s feeling.
