With the implementation of the new curriculum, improve the teaching behaviors and strive to improve teaching effect is middle school teachers' challenge in today. In the meanwhile, "reflective teaching" is increasingly becoming the focus of attention of the education field. As a teachers should pay attention to this focus.This paper is the teaching reflection and high school mathematics teaching of organic combine discussion. Full-text is divided into five chapters, the first three chapters described the background of teaching reflection, the meaning, content, features and methods of the math teaching reflection. The fourth chapter combine specific teaching practice, according to the results and specific practice of the high school mathematics teaching reflection data for the experiment research. The fifth chapter is the implementation of the high school mathematics teaching reflection experimental conclusion, the insufficiency and the research prospect. Based on teaching reflection, mathematics teaching reflection and related theory, this paper expounds in detail in understanding the basic theoretical knowledge of teaching reflection. Experimental study is to find out the relationship between the mathematics teaching reflection and teachers' teaching effect. The questionnaire including students' learning attitude, methods and mathematical ability, the questionnaire is for experimental classes and control classes to compare. The survey was conducted at the end of the experiment, the investigation revealed that the experimental class students in the learning initiative and enthusiasm were better than the students of the control. In order to compare the mathematics test scores of the two classes, used statistical software SPSS10.0 to do a specific data analysis in the course of this experiment. Experimental data show that prior to the implementation of this experiment, the control class and experimental class mathematics achievement was no significant difference. After implementing teaching reflection strategy in experimental classes, experimental class students' scores better than that in comparative classes students' scores, the gap as test is more and more obvious with the development of the experiment.Study results show that reflective teaching mathematics learning can mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative to improve student mathematics learning. At the same time, through teaching reflection, teachers' quality and their own teaching ability has also been improved to some extent. In short, reflection on the teaching effectiveness of teaching had a positive impact.
