Revitalizing the hope of the nation depends on education, and the revitalization of education of hope is in teachers. As the new round curriculum reform in the national scope for further education, education transformation and teacher education have become the mainstream discourse. And teacher professional development has become the focus of world-renown. In rural areas, education funds are in short. As a research group leader, how to effectively play a leading role, promote professional development for teachers, in order to enhance the quality of running a school is becoming a new topic. Compared with other professionals, the biggest characteristic of teachers' work is uncertainty, situation sex and requirements for flexible decision making situation. So, teachers' professional construction and professional development will come true mainly in the following two ways:1. Accumulating experience through practice in the actual teaching situation, so as to form a personality characteristics case knowledge.2. Personalizing recessive practice knowledge (wisdom) into socialized teachers' professional knowledge through the educational research group, grade group etc community interaction.It is common that in rural areas there are many teachers who have lagging education concept, low degree, single knowledge structure, narrow, old and aging knowledge and backward education methods. Therefore, it is difficult for them to adapt to the new curriculum. Besides, they are poor in education innovation ability, practical skills, comprehensive ability to adapt and not good at collecting, dealing with or using information. These questions along with the implementation of the new curriculum, multimedia and network technology application, the professional development of teachers in rural problems become more prominent. The school is the educational research group of teacher professional development, and it is also the basic unit for the discipline of teachers to carry out teaching research. Groups of organizational culture and behavior culture is one of the most important content of the school culture.How is the style of study of a research group? The style of the group leader has the very big relations; how is the atmosphere of a research group? It is directly related to the organization and coordination; how is the scientific research ability of a research group? The group's leader scientific research consciousness and ability has much influence; and how is one school's collective lesson preparation quality, and many times and research group leader have correlation. Giving a full play to the research group leader to demonstrate and be the leader, which will enhance the entire organizational effectiveness research and it is more conducive to achieve goal of building a harmonious campus.Therefore, it is important ot strengthen the construction of the research group and give a full play to the research group leader to promote professional development for teachers. In this way, the quality of running a school is enhanced, and an important practical significance will vigorously promote the quality of the school with school construction continued ascension of rapid development.
