Super-class teachers are the most excellent representatives of our Elementary and Middle Schools. As the models of talent-cultivation, experts in teaching, they have accumulated the systematic and solid theoretical knowledge of their courses and rich teaching experiences, the belief of lifelong learning and the unusual initiative ability in scientific researches as well as the striking teaching style and impressive human glamour. The full play of super-class teachers and the enhance of their leading role in elementary teaching and others teachers will serve as an effective way to promote the level of elementary education meanwhile a kind of responsibility they deserved.The thesis aims history super-class teachers of Guangxi Middle Schools as the research targets for the following two reasons: First, the relatively small number of 26 super-class teachers entitled from 1989 to 2006 is preferable for a focused and in-depth research. Second, comparatively speaking, history super-class teachers in Guangxi Middle Schools shave considerable resemblances with their counterparts in other places while possess their own characteristics.The thesis will present a profound understanding of super-class teachers'thoughts, work and self-learning by virtue of investigations, interviews and questionnaires with the expectation to detect problems on the basis of teaching practice.It is divided into three parts.Part one consists of the investigation and analysis of the conditions of history super-class teachers of Guangxi Middle Schools, including the analysis of basic conditiongs and the analysis of diathesis of history super-class teachers of Guangxi Middle Schools.The first part includes the analysis of super-class teachers'gender, age, scholar degrees, area distribution and posts so that it is possible to suggest an overall account of super-class teachers of Guangxi Middle Schools. The last part includes four diathesises on personality, knowledge, speciality ability, investigation and posts so that it is possible to find the superiority of super-class teachers of Guangxi Middle Schools. Part two consists of the roles of hitory super-class teachers and approaches of professional leading role when they exert leading role. The roles include five aspects. The approaches of professional leading role include five aspects.Part three deduces some effective strategies in bringing their leading role into play. It suggests the practical strategies that possibly affect their leading role both interiorly and exteriorly.The innovation of the thesis lies in two aspects: First, it differs the regular researches on super-class teachers in selecting a rare angle to focus on professional leading. Second, it prefers the researching target with a group of teachers instead of individual.
