Experience as a concept to born with human, have been already thousands of years. However, with changes in social history and culture, experience in the continuing development of a tortuous struggle, the experience also no shortage of research and discussion. In the late 20th century,90 years, "experience" as a research field of vision began to enter China and has been growing concern, but is still at the stage of development, further study on this issue in depth also need to expand. This paper attempts to analyze the situation in education and teaching, the introduction of foreign research achievements, combined with theoretical explanations of scholars and the general lessons learned from classroom teachers, the state experience ought to be, put forward The concept of practical experience, and the characteristics of practical experience on the type of analysis presented in this paper and the other discusses that the practical experience and education can not be divorced from the interaction between influence and promote relationship, focuses on the students'understanding of knowledge, capacity-building and value formation to all aspects of the educational value of practical experience, in trying to establish and elaborate the concept of education to do something to change the status of within my best efforts.The main contents of the article consist of the following components:The first part is an introduction section. Introduce of the origin of this research, relevant research, the significance of research and research ideas.The second part is the definition of the concept of practical experience. The definition of concept, the distinction with other related concepts and the feature layer of practical experience.The third part is the basis of the value of practical experience. Mainly discusses the educational value of practical experience with the reasons why.The fourth part is the educational value of practical experience. Mainly from the students'understanding of knowledge, capacity-building, value formation of the educational value of practical experience to elaborate.Part V proposes practical experience led to the formation and development strategy. According to the basic elements of teaching were proposed:changes in the concept of education and teaching, with "people-oriented" philosophy to guide education and teaching development; during the education process to create an equal and harmonious atmosphere that the students'"experience" of the formation and development of the creation of conditions; In the view of the curriculum resources, students'experience should to be an indispensable part of the curriculum and a basis for curriculum development; teachers as curriculum implementation of the subject, the students can play an educational role experience has a very significant effects, therefore, quality of individual teachers but also the educational value of practical experience in the effective realization of the basic premise.Part VI is the conclusion part. Carried on the content to summarize in the present paper, to propose the research deficiency as well as the next step work forecast.
