| Teachers’ practical knowledge is the knowledge base of teachers’ professional development,and it is a kind of "ability type" knowledge with practicality and tacit.Due to the particularity of physical education and the practical needs of physical education teaching,it is particularly important for physical education teachers to acquire teachers’ practical knowledge.By interviewing 20 PE Normal Students and combining with the theory of professional socialization,this paper explores how PE Normal students learn and acquire teachers’ practical knowledge in the preparatory and professional socialization stages.With the help of nvivo11,through three-level coding analysis,it is concluded that the teachers’ practical knowledge of P.E.normal students includes self knowledge(self cognition,educational belief,role orientation and self reflection),subject knowledge,students’ knowledge,classroom management knowledge and safety education knowledge.The factors that affect the acquisition of teachers’ practical knowledge include four aspects: micro system,intermediate system,external system and macro system.The micro system includes the germination of sports learning and teaching belief in the stage of sports enlightenment,the change of role given to sports students by external expectation,the interpersonal relationship of Sports Students and the self reflection of sports students;the intermediate system includes the education belief of sports teachers The external system is the school’s sports cultural atmosphere and the macro system of national sports education related policies,which eventually forms an onion circle model similar to Brownian dolena’s theory of human development ecology.On this basis,using the method of grounded theory,through the three-level coding of open coding,principal axis coding and selective coding,the formation path of teachers’ practical knowledge of P.E.normal students includes two aspects.On the one hand,PE Normal students form "past experience" about teachers’ practical knowledge in the preparatory socialization stage.On the other hand,in the stage of professional socialization,P.E.normal students participate in teaching practice on the basis of "past experience".In the process of teaching practice,P.E.normal students face the dilemma of educational practice.Around the dilemma of P.E.teaching,normal students usually form and construct teachers’ practical knowledge through two ways.One is that when the alternative experience of others can not be directly applied to the education dilemma,PE Normal students will explore the practical principles and intentions behind the education dilemma,reflect on the construction of their own teachers’ practical knowledge system,and confirm it in teaching practice.Two,when sports normal students are confronted with educational difficulties,on the basis of past experience formed in the preparatory socialization stage,they usually mobilize the experience of teachers’ practical knowledge from past experience,directly use others’ substitute experience to deal with the educational predicament they face,and constantly try to make mistakes,thus strengthening the existing teacher’s practical knowledge system.Finally,according to the findings of the study,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the cultivation of the existing normal students of physical education in Colleges and universities,in order to promote the potential teachers to acquire more practical knowledge of teachers in the stage of professional socialization,and smoothly participate in the cause of education. |
