Digital resources are an important part of information teaching. Video resources are common media forms that are used in classroom teaching, video resources on the promotion of the role of classroom teaching has been widely recognized, however, there are still some shortcomings in the application of video resources in the classroom:from the use of the starting point of view, the video resources as a simple resource are used to be supported the application of teaching; the presentation is isolated, and the performance is single; from the resources to handle point of view, video resources are used with the "used" application of view, therefore, they are lack of effective classroom instruction for treatment; from the integration of resources point of view, the integration between video resources and other resources is not deep enough, and the two forms of media are lack of intrinsic association; from the application of theory point of view, video resources in the teaching process have less effective strategic guidance, attention is put on operate, but lack of theory.Clearly, the current concept of application of video resources in classroom teaching is old, and the application of video resources is not adequate; The theories of video application are not deep enough, especially, the researches still lack of teaching strategies from the level of effective use of video resources; The researches of video strategies still put less attention to the studies of support systems for strategic applications, to some extent, they limit the effectiveness of strategies. Therefore, video resources do not maximize their own power of education.This paper's work includes the following three aspects:Firstly, with the combination of the research results on multimedia learning theory and teaching strategies, proposes a number of video-based classroom teaching strategies, include:the application of strategies to capture frames; the application of strategies to video slices; the application of strategies to real-time resource association; the application of strategies to video annotation, and the application of strategies to video scale and video mask. In addition, the paper proposes model of video-based teaching strategies based on the general model of teaching strategies, so that make the video strategies as an integral part of the whole teaching process.Secondly, based on the research results of multimedia learning theory, especially, in view of multimedia learning to construct knowledge, in response to the video teaching strategies mentioned above, the paper designs a targeted support system for their applications. The paper analyzes the functional requirements of the system, that is: multi-frames capture, slices edition and applications, real-time resource association, video images markings and so on; then the paper designs the overall framework of the system and the functional modules.Finally, the paper develops the system with visual c++ technology in microsoft visual studio 2008 development environment. Multi-document structure of MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes) is used to build the system's overall framework; the kit of VFW(Video for Windows) is used to develop basic applications of video files; many ActiveX control technologies are used to implement the support of a variety of documentation resources. Three important modules are realized in the paper, includes frame capture; video chips and real-time resource association.
