On this foundation, firstly, The author summarized the general theoretical knowledge of the case and the video case, To understand Systematically the knowledge of video cases, To providing the reference theoretical frames for the teacher learning video cases and the reasonable application of video cases in teachers' professional development. Then, The author generally analyzed the structure and the characteristics of teachers' knowledge, Especially the characteristics and the generation of teachers' practical knowledge , And the status and the key function of teacher s' practical knowledge in teachers' professional development, Further to analysis and verification the effectiveness of video-case based learning model in teachers professional development. To proof the necessity and the importance of video case in the teacher professional development; Secondly, The author analyzed the transformation principle of knowledge based on the case study, Based on the analysis of the previous argument, the author detailed the characteristics of case-based learning, case-based learning theory, the conditions for effective case-based learning, provided a theoretical basis for the analysis of learning support services. On the basis of analysis and verification, the author construct theoretical framework of environmental support, process support and evaluation support, for the professional development of teachers based on video-cases ; Based on the front analysis, the author designed the learning support system for teachers' professional development based on the video cases, the author had first analyzed the demand of the system, based on the demand, designed the main module and the architecture of the system, The system can provide different kinds rich case resources for the teachers' studying based on the video case, Simultaneously can provide many kinds of service supporting for the case application, like uploading, verification, classification, revision, retrieval, online studying, appraising, downloading, deletion, supporting the dynamic renewal of the case and so on. The system provides the service supporting for the teachers' learning activity based on the video case, supports teacher's independent study, self-reconsioering, providing many kinds of study supporting tools for teacher's independent study, like reference analysis tools of classroom instruction, video fragment interception tools, short notes what record one has learned from studying and so on. The system also provides broad exchange environment and the platform for teachers' discussion studying, supporting real-time and non-real-time appraisal and the exchange discussion. The system also provides the effective resources, the environment and platform for teachers' investigative study based on the video case. Finally, The author develop the platform and main function modules of the system based on the technology of Dreamweaver+jsp. Expecting this research can promote the development of teachers' profession based on the case.
