Since the Massachusetts institute of technology (MIT) in the United States was the first to start open courseware (OCW), the open education resources movement has vigorously developed. After more than ten years of exploration and practice, the impact is very profound.Influenced by the concept of open, video open courses arise at the historic moment. The institutions of higher education all over the world are developing to build their own advantage or characteristics courses. With the help of language translation, it has been breaking the language barrier and making the video open courses very popular online.Faced with the background of learning socialization as well as the trend of lack of humanities among the college students, video open courses can play their unique advantage and value, which can satisfy people’s demand for lifelong learning and is an important approach to the reconstruction of the college students’humanities cultivated manners.Therefore,it seems to be very important to research the video open courses. This paper researches on the classroom of the video open courses,take "Justice" class at Harvard University of the United States as an example for study and look for the characteristics of the teacher’s teaching behavior in this special kind of classroom.Then,the paper tries to design a suitable model for teacher’s teaching behavior in the video open courses.For our domestic video open courses, this paper provides the corresponding theoretical guidance on the one hand, and on the other hand it provides some useful experience for the follow-up construction about subsequent boutique video open courses.Further, the paper makes a small contribution for promoting the construction of China’s domestic video open courses of teachers’ classroom teaching behavior.In this study, literature study method, content analysis and summary induction are used to research.Firstly,on the basis of the relevant study on the video open courses at home and abroad,open courses and teachers’ classroom teaching behavior,the paper defines the teachers’ classroom teaching behavior in video open courses and then determines various types of teachers’ classroom teaching behavior in video open courses. After learning from the encoding thinking of Flanders teacher-student verbal Interaction Analysis System and the observation method of domestic researcher designed about teachers’ classroom teaching and combined with teachers’ usage of instructional media in video open courses,the author designs the analysis method on teachers’ classroom teaching behavior in video open courses.That is behavior observation record coding table.Meanwhile,the study designs the processing method for statistical data.Secondly,the paper takes "justice" as an example,a network course whose network click-through rate is very high.The study selects two classes from "justice" using random sampling method as the cases of research and analysis,collects data from the cases according to the behavior observation record sheet and counts and analyzes the collected data from the two aspects of the overall program and the three stages of the lesson.Finally,on the basis of analysis of statistical data and combined with the approach of qualitative analysis,the paper analyzes and discusses some typical behavior in "justice" course.On the basis of above analysis,this paper tries to design a model suitable for teacher’s classroom teaching behavior in the video open courses in accordance to the three stages of the class.At last time, the paper puts forward some strategies for teacher’s classroom teaching behavior in the video open courses.
