Self-regulated learning is a kind of learning style adapting to the development of the society, and also one of the learning styles that are advocated by the current curriculum reform. Cultivating students' Self-regulated learning ability has lately become a research hot spot for educators. Meanwhile, there also exist such problems as students are not capable enough of Self-regulated learning, educators don't pay much attention to Self-regulated learning, and the worth of Self-regulated learning has not been fully exploited and applied, etc. On this account, this thesis researches systematically on high school students' Self-regulated learning of math. The main research problems are listed as follows:what does it mean by Self-regulated learning? What is the current situation of high school students' Self-regulated learning of math and why? How to cultivate high school students' Self-regulated learning capacity? What categories and suggestions can we obtain to put Self-regulated learning into class teaching?Document analysis, comparative analysis and survey (questionnaire and interview) are the main research methods of this thesis, investigating the current situation of high school students' Self-regulated learning capacity and exploring the methods to optimize it. This thesis can be divided into three parts:for the first part, through analyzing documents, it generally introduces the research achievements about Self-regulated learning and achievements relevant to this research home and abroad, on the basis of which then it defines Self-regulated learning. The second part is a survey on the current situation of high school students' Self-regulated learning. The questionnaire is worked out by myself after consulting the research achievements home and abroad about Self-regulated learning. Researching on the questionnaire and interview, we can arrive at such four conclusions as:first, high school students' Self-regulated learning ability of math is in general weak, which is on one hand because students themselves are weak at practicing Self-regulated learning ability, and on the other teachers don't pay much attention to training students' Self-regulated learning ability in the practice; second, the development of high school students' Self-regulated learning ability proves a slow procedure. Students show much incapacity of making study plans, using study strategies, self-monitoring and self-adjusting and so on; third, from analyzing the relevant factors which affect the development of high school students' Self-regulated learning ability, we can find that factors such as studying habits, psychological characteristics, views on mathematics, cognitive strategies and so on are contributing in different levels. Proposals on training students' Self-regulated learning ability are put forward on the basis of it; fourth, there lacks a mature and efficient mechanism for Self-regulated learning, as a result, teachers are lacking in scientific methods and will meet much difficulty when conducting Self-regulated learning training. According to the fact that students are lacking in Self-regulated learning ability and a mature class teaching mechanism is still on the way, The third part puts forwards my proposals and strategies on how to develop students' Self-regulated learning ability and how to optimize teaching organization mechanism, which is on the basis of surveying and researching.
