Changing the learning method of students is one of the basic requirementsof the mathematics curricula reform.“Leaming-plan-teaching” which is justbased on this point is an effective teaching mode. It focuses on the ability ofhow to learn and is committed to advocate the learning style of self-dependence,cooperation and research. Order to adapt to the requirements of the newcurricula reform, as teachers, we have to get rid of the shackles of the traditionalmode of teaching and fundamentally change our ideas. We should spend sometime training the self-learning ability to change the situation of passive learning,make students like mathematics and explore mathematical actively. The abilityto self-regulated learning is adapted to the fundamental needs of socialdevelopment and sustainable development. However, from the usual practice ofteaching, we found that most of the students’ self-regulated learning ability wasweak and different of grade one in junior middle school. That is one of theimportant reasons why the students of grade one are unable to adapt to studymathematics and why led to the polarization. Upon review of the literatures,there are no results about the practice for student’s self-regulated learning inmathmatics of grade one in junior middle school. Therefore, the author putsforward the view of the research about the use of mathematical learning plan tocultivate self-regulated learning ability of the students of grade one in juniormiddle school. This thesis is to provide a new thought of in mathematicsteaching practice with leaming plan, to provide a mathematics teaching modelbeneficial for the current teaching. In this paper, self-regulated learning theory and teaching theory as a guide,the study focused on how to classify the design math learning plan of grade onein junior middle school, and how learning plan to develop self-regulatedlearning habits and strategies to help students self-regulated ability to improve.In this study, using a combination of literature research and practice, first of all,through access to literature discusses the related concepts and theoretical basisfor self-regulated learning and learning plan basic theory; then based on theanalysis of the one graders math learning situation, in close connection with whostarted math learning content, in accordance with the classification of the plan ofmathematics, build four general pattern of teaching practice. Meanwhile, a morecomprehensive, systematic experimental studies; concluded and reflect on theteaching practice of math learning plan to cultivate self-regulated learningability of the one graders in junior middle school.Innovation of this thesis and main achievements:●Exclusively study for the one graders in junior middle school to cultivateself-regulated learning ability in mathmaticas.●Combined with of math learning content in grade one, according to theclassification of math learning plan to build four general pattern of teachingpractice.●The main findings of the survey experiment:①The affect of math learning plan to student’s self-regulated learninginitiative, habits and methors;②The influence of math learning plan to students’ mathematics achievements;③In the class teaching, the use of mathlearning plan to cultivate self-regulated learning ability of the one graders injunior middle school has validity and feasibility.
