The university teachers as the mainstay of our country education's development, shoulder the important mission that cultivating the Chinese characteristic multi-level and the high quality talented persons. The education quality will influence our country's development in the future. With higher expectation from the country and the society to the university teachers, the challenge they faced is more and more. Most of our university teaches have the feeling of the job burnout. The job burnout not only to affect the teacher own physical and moral integrity, but also affected the education quality enormously, which has caused the heavily loss of the educational resources. Therefore the research on the job burnout of university teachers is urgently to be solved.This paper selects 198 teachers of the Lanzhou University, the Lanzhou University of Science and Technology, and Lanzhou business school as the research sample. This article discusses the intervening in and eliminating the university teacher's job burnout based on the psychological capital. We will intervene in the university teacher's job burnout by making university teacher more confident, changing individual's way of they feeling the world, promoting individual's capacity of dealing with the adverse circumstanced and pressure bearing and so on.This research concrete conclusion is as follows:(1) Most of the university teachers have job burnout.(2) The demography variables influence tiredly the job burnout of the university teachers.(3) There is remarkable inverse correlation between university teacher's psychological capital and its job burnout, which means the higher psychological capital level is, the lower the job burnout is.(4) Tenacity and optimism are the negative predictive factors of emotional exhaustion, which means tenacity and optimism of university teachers declines their emotional exhaustion; Self-efficacy, expectation and tenacity are the negative predictive factors of cynicism, which means self-efficacy, expectation and tenacity of university teachers declines their cynicism, Self-efficacy and tenacity are the negative predictive factors of diminished personal accomplishment, which means self-efficacy and tenacity of university teachers declines their diminished personal accomplishment. The higher the level of the psychology capital of the teachers, the lower their sense of the job burnout is.
