| In recent years,the social economy has made rapid development,at the same time,the education system has also entered the development process of deepening reform,domestic colleges and universities began to expand the administrative staff.However,the monotonous and complicated administrative work,the strong procedural characteristics,the low status of administrative personnel,the narrow promotion space,and the low salary situation have brought great challenges to the administrative work of colleges and universities.Under the background of increasing work pressure,the sense of job burnout of administrative staff is also growing day by day,which not only leads to the lack of happiness and sense of achievement in the daily work of administrative staff,but also greatly reduces the work efficiency,which has a negative impact on the effective development of administrative work in Colleges and universities.This research takes administrative staff of X University as the research object,and completes the research work with the help of the questionnaire.280 administrative staff of X university are taken as the research object,and 274 valid questionnaires are collected.Through the use of spss22.0 tool to complete the analysis of the questionnaire,to study the effect of psychological capital and work pressure on their work.It is found that for the administrative staff of X University,their job burnout is positively correlated with their job stress;their psychological capital is negatively correlated with their job burnout;their work stress is negatively correlated with their psychological capital,and their psychological capital plays an important role in the relationship between work stress and job burnout When the psychological capital of university administrative staff increases,the influence of work pressure on job burnout will be weakened.On the basis of this study,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem of job burnout of administrative staff in Colleges and universities,such as implementing goal management,clarifying post responsibilities,unblocking promotion channels,promoting career development,implementing career planning,strengthening training and learning,improving assessment system,improving incentive mechanism,implementing emotional management,highlighting people's concern,etc.The research conclusion summarized in this paper can arouse the attention of the management of colleges and universities,so that they can pay more attention to the problem of job burnout of administrative staff,and put forward a reasonable plan to effectively solve the problem,so that the work efficiency and enthusiasm of administrative staff can be improved. |
