The issue of Teacher Professional Development in vocational school has become a social concern.The key factor of the vocational education's development is how to promote the professional growth of the majority of the teachers, to provide timely, effective, convenient and professional support.Promoting the growth of Teacher Professional Development by the use of internet-based instruction research has become the inevitable choice for the teachers. The paper includes the following five components:The first chapter introduces the background of and significance of the subject ,the current status, ideas and methods,so it can pave the way for the full text of the paper work.The second chapter mainly discusses the basic theory of the internet-based instructional research. On the basis of explanation of teaching and research,the paper defines the concept of internet-based instructional research,and analyze the main features of internet-based instructional research. On this basis, the paper expounded the theory source of internet-based instructional research, and summarized the main practice forms.The third chapter elaborates the basic theory of teacher professional development in second vocational school. The status and the impact of teachers professional development in vocational school are discussed in this article.The internet-based instructional research can promot teachers professional development in second vocational school.It is discussed in the fourth chapter.The prospect of internet-based instructional research is described in the last chapter.The internet-based instructional research will be further promoted in the futher. on this base the professional development of teachers will also gain the comprehensive development. Some countermeasures and suggestions are proposed in the end of the paper.
