Study On The Reform Of School-Running Model Of The Vocational Education Center At Country Level Based On The Background Of New Countryside Construction

Any kind of school-running model is formed in the specific historical environment, the model which adapt to the characteristics of specific historical environment is conducive to the survival and development of the school. Along with the developing and changing of the social environment, the school-running model should also develop and perfect correspondingly.16th National Congress of Communist Party of China put forward the task of the socialist new countryside construction, which proposed requirement to the development of each aspect of political, economic and social in the countryside, and required to cultivate and bring up a batch of new peasants, it offers good opportunities and great challenge for the development of Vocational Education Center at country level.The Vocational Education Center played an important role in cultivate of new peasants, the development of modern agriculture, the transfer of rural surplus labor force, etc. However, some of Vocational Education Center is so rigid and backward at school-running model that it cannot play a proper role in the New Countryside Construction and cannot satisfy the vocational education needs of New Countryside Construction and needs of farmers, so that we need to reform the traditional school-running model. On the background of New Countryside Construction, how to reform and perfect the school-running model of the Vocational Education Center to make it played the serving function better in New Countryside Construction and in Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers is an important task the Vocational Education Center have faced now.At the macro, the reform and construction of the school-running model which adapt to the New Countryside Construction should be under the guidance of system theory, organizational structure theory, socialist harmonious society theory; abide the principle of people-oriented, featured, regional adaptability, systemic; conform to the orientation of open of the school-running model, running forms flexible, agriculture-science and technology-education combining closely, so as to construct the school-running model which adapt to the need of social and farmers. In specific reform measures, standing in the angle of school administrators, we can see from the following aspects: First, firm the faith of run the Vocational Education Center well, and choose correct orientation; second, implement the multivariate cooperative education mechanism under the government's leading; thirdly, promote the reform of talent training model; fourthly, deepening the reform of teaching field.
