Research On Investment Of Vocational Education Center At Country Level

Vocational education center at country level is one of the most important part ofvocational education in China, is the main organizer of rural vocational education. Itsdevelopment plays a great role in solving the “three rural issues”, promoting the transfer ofthe rural surplus labor, narrowing the gap of urban and rural areas. The shortage of funds isthe primary factor that restricts the education development in our country. In the field ofeducation investment, comparing to the ordinary education, vocational education is indisadvantage, comparing to the urban area, the rural area is in disadvantage. All of those makethe investment of rural vocational education worst. So, the research on this is veryimportant.This article takes some of the vocational education centers in Hebei as research object.We do investigations about schools’ investment, analyze the data, find the problems. Thenbased on the analysis on the motivation and influence factors of the main investors, we willput forward some good suggestions. The full test divided into four parts.The first part is introduction. This part relates the background and the target of theresearch, reviews the current results of research that have been done, and the train of thoughtsand the methods.The second part is the investigation of the current investment situation. In this part, weanalyze the statistic data, describe the situation of the investment.The third part is the analysis on the behavior of investors. According to the statistic data,we find problems. Then from the perspective of economics and sociology, we analyze themotivation and influencing factors of the investors’ behavior.The fourth part is about suggestions. In this part, we give suggestions on three aspects:improving the investment environment, strengthening the government dominance andexpanding the investment channels..
