School-enterprise cooperation has played an important role in cracking ruralvocational school difficulties and advancing rural reform of vocational education.Country-level Vocational Training Center to carry out school-enterprise cooperation isan important manifestation of the implement the Party’s education policy andimplementation of education policy, Country-level Vocational Training Centerschool-enterprise cooperation strengthen the construction of the school’s professional,Conducive to resolve the dilemma of lack of basic education teaching resources,conducive to the realization of Connection of students’ schooling and employment.In many regions of China has initially formed a school-enterprise cooperationmodel. Part of the county vocational education center has made great achievements inimplementation of school-enterprise cooperation.Highlighted in: the First, Innovativetraining model, significantly improve the quality of personnel training.The second,the initial formation of the pattern of school-enterprise cooperation to mutual benefit.Theoretical research and practical exploration of school-enterprise cooperation is stillinfancy, there are still many problems. The factors restrict theCountry-level Vocational Training Center is not enough government policy andguidance; School-enterprise cooperation in the operating mechanism is not perfect;Country-level Vocational Training Center System is not perfect.Measures to solve the problem of rural vocational school-enterprise cooperationkey point is that the mechanism for construction of school-enterprise cooperation. Fornow,it is necessary for government, educational and administrative departments,schools and businesses four levels of cooperation and dialogue to make joint efforts ofschool-enterprise cooperation and interaction mechanism for innovation.
