Vocational education center at country level is an important part of China vocational education,and it is the main front of the development of rural vocational education.The development of vocational education center at country level plays a great role in improving the quality of rural vocational education,building a new socialist countryside,coordinating urban and rural development.Present the development of vocational education center at country level is constrained by many factors.It becomes one of the focus of researchers attention that how to improve the development dilemma and how to improve the teaching quality of vocational education center at country level.This article proposes transregional cooperation of vocational education center at country level from the view of reform development mode.This article attempts to play a guiding role of transregional cooperation in running school by survey and research.This article studies the transregional cooperation in running schools of vocational education center at country level,its content is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction.At first,the author introducs the core concepts,background,significance.And then describes the current results of research that have been done, reviews researching mentality,researching methods and innovations.The second chapter is an overview of transregional cooperation of vocational education center at country level.In this chapter the author analyzes the theoretical basis,the principles,the content and the types of the transregional cooperation.The third chapter’s content is the investigation and analysis about the transregional cooperation of vocational education center at country level.The research takes managers,teachers and students of eight vocational education center at country level in Hebei province as example,using the method of combining interview survey and questionnaire survey. Based on data statistics and analysis,we summarize current situation, the results,problems and reasons.The fourth chapter analyzes two cases about the transregional cooperation in running schoolof vocational school at country level.The fifth chapter provides countermeasures on four aspects:Improve policies and strengthen the external support of transregional cooperation in running school; Strengthen management and establish the efficient operation mechanism; Integrate the resources and share the quality resources;Improve the all-round cooperation and carry out cooperation in running school group.This article focuses on the actual investigation. This article conducts research about transregional cooperation in running school of vocational education center at country level,combining theory and practice.This study identifies the actual problems from the actual situation and analyzes the reasons of the problems.At last,we come up with countermeasures combined with experience of two cases. We want to promote the sustainable development of vocational education center at country level on the road of running school cooperating.
