By analyzing the performance and reason of the relationship between the teachers and the students in the learning community, based on the common of the teachers and the students, this article puts forwards some strategies of how to establish a harmonious atmosphere between the teachers and the students. It has two purpose: First, study the learning community from another angle, which arises the concentration on both sides, good and bad, of the learning community. Second, provide some strategies on the way of establishing a harmonious relation between the teachers and the students.Through the theoretical method and the cases put in, the article analyzes the characteristics, the causes and the features of the conflict existing in the learning community. Combining with the common in culture, the article arise the strategies in establishing the learning community.Full text is separated into three parts:Part 1: introduction. Mainly reviews the reasons, significance and the related subject research.Part 2: the main body of the article. It explains the elements and the characteristics of classroom learning community; the level of cultural conflict, features and characteristics; the causes of these conflicts; and strategies on how to constructing harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Parr 3: closing. Reviews the study of the conflict in the relationship of the teachers and the students. Proposes research conclusion and limitations of the study and studying direction.
