The challenge of the times and the problems of education test each education researchers and teachers in wisdom and integrity. Although the classroom management is a platitude topic, it still provides the survival condition for teaching activities, and it is also an important safeguard for the smooth implementation of the classroom teaching and learning activities. Effective classroom management is not only basic guarantee to enhance the classroom smoothly carry on and improve qualities of classroom teaching, but also effective ways of promoting the students quality full scale development. I worked as a teacher for about 5 years and have organized kinds of classroom instructions, building effective class is my aims to pursue on all ways.From the view of teacher-student culture conflict, this research analyzes the classroom management, here in this paper the cultural conflict refers to the conflict of different kinds of culture or conflict of different patterns in interior of a single culture. Teacher-student cultural conflict refers to resistance that teacher and student hold in different culture in the value idea and the behavior way, the teacher-student culture conflict is the basic reason to cause classroom conflict. This research union literature method, inspection method, interview method and so on to give exhaustive explanation for the production of classroom question behaviors which caused by factors of teacher-student cultural difference etc. and this paper also attempts to propose a more harmonious strategy of classroom Management from teacher-student cultural stratification plane.This research is divided four parts, the first part focus on reasons to select the topic, the background, the purpose and value of the study. Generally speaking, currently the prominent problems which exist in theory and practice of classroom management, from domestic and foreign research of classroom management, are that we should analyze the classroom management from different angle. And it is essential to build a bridge between theory and practice.The second part is the explanation of related concepts like cultural conflict, the teacher-student cultural conflict and classroom management. Chapter 3, from teacher-student cultural conflict perspective analyzes the situations and the causes of the classroom problems. the following several aspects: The culture of teachers and students is obviously different, the teacher culture authority was still obvious, many teachers are immature and reasonable when they deal with culture conflict, as well as disassimilation of school education and so on. this research will carry on the discussion to the classroom question behavior from these four aspects.Simultaneously the fourth part in the front foundation, echoes with the third part, acts appropriately to the situation, the teacher through the investigation and practice form the multicultural values, portray the teacher authority, respect ande undersand the student as well as build teachers and students culture dialog strategies platform to foreshadow for the humanist harmonious classroom.From angle of the teacher-student culture conflict this study analize the classroom management .It will make up the insufficiency of classroom management in our country in the certain extent and made the upholstery for development of the classroom management study deeply.It also rich and supplement the teacher classroom administrative action, and attempts from the teachers and students culture dialog to construct the more harmonious classroom management stradgy. Hope to Provides more realistic form or the direction for the general educator and provide the basis for the premise concrete classroom management pattern..
