Art School Moral Education Of Students In Apartment Management

Moral education is a basic work to a college's education, is an important component in education's comprehensive department, and the key to all education. All kinds of colleges'ideological education, political education and moral education is the soul to the whole quality-oriented Education, although they are restricted by society's universal law of development and of people's personality, they promote society's harmonious development and continued progress positively. As the saying goes,"moral leads the filed in all works". In recent years, the whole society pays high attention to college's moral construction. In the background of building and developing the socialist market economy, they strengthen and improve the moral education work in many ways, such as addding new content, opening up new ways and creating new methods. Gradually, they explore and eatablish many different special moral education systems, and have obtained initial or part results.Art students are the special forces among all students, so moral education in art collage has the great significance under the background of highly valuing the culture. However, the current results about the moral education are mostly from the part of its universality, or its work atomosphere, mechanisms,software and hardware construction, moral education's team building to analyze and elaborate its regulation. Art students are different from the ordinary college students in many respects, such as the thougths, the teaching contents and moral education regulations, so the corrent moral education rusults are lack of great target, it is hard to obtain good education effect in practise life. In order to solve moral education construction's special problems in art college, it is necessary to master the special methods to meet art college's regulations.In addition, students apartment is the major place for their daily life and study, so it is the impartant position to carry out moral education. Practice shows that, students apratments have the possibility to change from"dorm"to"moral education class". Some moral education's society researchers have carried out explorations about permeation of moral education in apartment management from the theoretical level and have achieved some research results. There are also some front-line teachers who have already done some significant work in this field on the basis of work experience. However, from lots of its theroy and practical explorations, we find out that very few researchers study the permeation of moral education in art college's apartment management, and the research of it is neally blank. On the other hand, the teachers of moral education in art college are lack of theoretical guidance, their work is in spontaneous and disorder state, therefore it forms the conflict of theory research and practice need.Baesd on the above reasons, this paper tries to do some reasearch from the start of practice need and its reasearch target is"the study of permeation of moral education in apartment management for art college students". This paper attempts to propose the necessity and possibility of permeation of moral education in apartment management by the way of art college students'actual conditions, characters and their own moral education feathers, and point out the problems and its reasons. At last, this paper tries to propose the methods and principles on the basis of art collgeg's actual conditions and features. Also, we attempt to propose to discuss from the height of methodology and give the specific measures. We are looking forward to find out the moral education's special rugulations in art college apartment management, summarize from the pactice and explore the theroy preliminary.The important way to construct school moral education is the unity of apartment culture and environmental education and the blending of environmental construction and moral education. It will get excellent results to root good moral values deeply into every corner of apartment. Proceeding from art students and the unique nature of the activities of moral education of art institutions, the artical analyzed the necessity and possibility of permeation of moral education ,digging main problems and causes of apartment permeation of moral education of the current art school students deeply.It has also done some exploration in integrating construction of apartment and permeation of moral education. The article has reference value to Moral practice of art institutions .The first part, it put forward the necessity and possibility of permeation of moral education in the apartment and analyzed the protection of Apartment Management permeation of moraleducation from the actual situation and characteristics of art students as well as fromthe time effect, and contents .the second part, it pointed out the major problems of permeation of moral education in art school apartments and made a preliminary analysis of the cause of the problem; the third part ,it analasied the ways and principles of carrying out permeation of moral education on the actual situation and the characteristics of permeation of moraeducationThen, it discussed the permeation of moral education method , and put forward concrete measures for the existing problems.The article pointed out that doing ideological and political work positively and enhancing the infiltration of the apartment moral relevance, effectiveness and initiative have been an important means of dealing with the particularity and complexity of art students .
