The Research Of The New Management Model Of Students' Ideological Education In The Socializing Students' Apartment

As a result of rapid developmentof higher education, a series of new problems in theory and practice have come into the students' apartment management and students' ideological education. In the light of changes of construction models of students' apartment houses, this paper proposes an integrated system for the students apartment house management and students' ideological education which can coordinate the local governments, the local educational administrations, the university, the housing managers, the rear service departments and the students. The Key part of this system is the construction of the pattern and the rational division of the respective responsibilities. The principles for the implement of the system are such as follows: joint management by partners; combining management with education; Self-discipline of students, and providing students with service us well as guides for their behaviors. To carry out "three musts" in students' ideological education is the objective requirement in the operation of the new system.
