Harmonious society which is people-oriented will achieve the comprehensive development of man. And the development is inseparable from education. The Seventeenth Party Congress clearly mentioned that the education is the important safeguard of the national rejuvenation. And the education equity is the important foundation for building a harmonious society. Since the reform and opening, China has made great achievements in education equity. However, education injustice remain rife for the insufficient investment in education, the goal deviation of education and the widening of the income gap resulted from the long-standing imbalance in regional economic development. It has been the major problem of the educational development and reform bringing great concern to the boundary to public. As government is the main provider of educational products, it is quite necessary to study education justice from the public finance education.The thesis makes a research and an analysis on the education injustice in China with the promotion of education justice as the starting points and focus. First, it summarizes the research results in education justice from domestic and foreign scholars, and studies the theoretical implications of education justice and the essential attributes of public finance to make a theoretical foundation for later study. Then it analyzes the current situation of education justice in China and summarizes clearly the education injustice through data analysis. The experience suitable for China is then summarized from the foreign advanced experience to promote education equity. Finally, policy recommendations are carried out to promote education equity in China from the perspective of public finance.
