Teacher burnout is induced by extreme reaction of unsmooth dealing with working pressure, and that is a kind of prostrate state in mood, attitude and behavior caused by long-term pressure.Burnout among physical education teachers has not only impacted the teaching quality in Physical education on a large scale, but also has imposed great harm towards the teachers both in body and in mind; in the meanwhile, as direct teaching subjects, students become victims of burnout among physical education teachers. For the reasons above, research on burnout among Physical education teachers will be significant in Strengthen the P.E. teachers team construction and deepening the P.E. teaching reform. Based on the previous researches, the writer of this thesis Using literature, Questionnaire survey and mathematical statistic method, Investigated 400 P.E. teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin. Then analyses and investigations towards the impacting factors, and then the strategies for abating the teacher burnout have been given out.(1) The level of burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin is superior, but the low achievement dimension below the average level.(2) The three dimensions between burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin are significantly correlated.(3) Different gender between burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin exist differences, women higher than men; in low achievement dimensions, men higher than women; in the personalized dimensions exist no difference.(4) Different degree between burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin exist differences in emotional exhaustion dimensions and low achievement dimensions also, specialized subject above bachelor degree; in the personalized dimensions exist no difference.(5) Different ages between burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin exist significant differences in emotional exhaustion dimension and personalized dimensions; in the low achievement dimensions exist no difference.(6) Different titles and class amount of week between burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin exist significant differences in the three dimensions.(7) The factors caused burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin exist different relevance among the three dimensions.(8) The organization and personality factors exist negatively correlated among the three dimensions of the burnout of PE teachers of primary and middle school in Tianjin; The factors of Work looking forward exist negatively correlated in the emotional exhaustion dimensions, but exist positively correlated in other two dimensions; The factors of workload exist positively correlated in personalized dimensions, but exist negatively correlated in low achievement dimension; The factors of social support exist positively correlated only in low achievement dimensions.
