At present, the teachers Born in1980-1989has become an important part of theteachers, study their job burnout and professional development, has become animportant subject. This study chooses the Education Job Burnout Scale in Chinese,select300teachers in17primary schools in YanZhouShi to carry on the questionnairesurvey. After the technical analysis, we found their Teacher-Burnout is in moderate level.In the reason survey,we found that the organization environmental factors constitute themain factors influencing teachers’ job burnout. Besides that, the Teacher-Burnout hascertain correlation with demographic factors such as age, sex, marital status, educationalbackground and The one-child. On the basis of above analysis, The author proposed fivestrategies,such as using the talents Reasonably to strengthen the teachers’ professionalidentity and competency,improving the system of teacher performance salary gradesand titles to promote teachers’ professional status in society,strengthening the teamconstruction to create a harmonious working relationships for teachers,using a varietyof measures to reduce teachers’ work pressure, and pay more attention to thepsychological health education of teachers to strengthen their self-adjustment ability.We hope that A steady and orderly promote of teacher’s professional development canbe achieved from the Comprehensive efforts of the society, management department,school and the teachers themselves.
