Learned helplessness refers to the organism has experienced some kinds of learning, the emotional, cognitive and behavioral performance of a negative and a special state of mind. At present, the theory of learned helplessness research in constant depth, the theory is also widely used in educational life and work. Only by understanding the learned helplessness causes, in order to better prevent and mitigate the negative psychological state of development.In this study, literature review, questionnaire survey, content analyze were used, based on those interviews, the author draw up the vocational students learned helplessness questionnaire. Students in five vocational schools Nanchang, Jiangxi Province are researched in the survey, on their study to investigate the situation of learned helplessness. A total of 685 questionnaires were issued. There were 648 valid questionnaires. The author obtained first-hand survey data from those questionnaires.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:1.There were four dimensions (cognitive, emotional, behavioral, attribution)in the self of the vocational school students learned helplessness questionnaire, the dimensions of the questionnaire reliability coefficients were perceived , cognitive helplessness was 0.827 , emotional helplessness was 0.816 , behavioral helplessness was 0.753, attribution helplessness was0.688 , scale Cronbach' alpha consistency coefficient is 0.874, split-half reliability was 0.821, The scale's reliability and the validity are well demonstrated.2. The score and average of all general items of learned helplessness vocational students are high, the staff learned helplessness in students learning had visible tendencies;3.
