"Learned helplessness" refers to the individual in a long-term statement of failureand frustration, feel helplessness and have no way to change the fact,which result inthe imbalance of mental state and behavior,And emotion,cognition and behaviorperform negative psychological states.The study was conducted on the basis of previous studies and participated in a lotof literature,and made a survey on the junior school students via in-depth interviewsand open-ended questionnaire,redacted a measurement questionnaire about the juniorschool student`s physical education learning Learned Helplessness. Investigated thejunior school student in different grade, gender, and achievement levels. Researchwas supported by the following conclusions:1The questionnaire of the junior school student`s physical education learninglearned helplessness composed by motivation, behavior and cognition, and eachdimension of reliability coefficients are motivation0.910, behavior0.846, cognition0.750, the total scale Cronbach ’ alpha coefficient is0.808, split-half reliability is0.835, indicating that the scale has good reliability. While using factor analysismethod for the construct validity of the questionnaire, indicating that thequestionnaire has good construct validity.2The total score of junior school students`physical education learning LearnedHelplessness is relatively high, the phenomenon of learned helplessness is not veryclear,in the middle lower level.3Junior school students`physical education learning Learned Helplessness havesignificant differences in the dimensions of motivation helplessness among differentgender,But there was no significant difference in the cognitive helplessness andbehavioral helplessness dimension.4Different grades of junior school students have obvious differences in thelearned helplessness: grade one students`motivation and cognitive helplessness isless than grade two and grade three students, the phenomenon`s tendency rises as thegrade rises. grade two students`behavior of helplessness is significantly higher thanthe grade one and grade three students, grade one students is slightly higher thangrade three students.5Junior school students`different achievement levels of sports have very significant related to the three dimensions of Learned helplessness, where thecognitive helplessness dimension has the greatest influence, and the behaviorhelplessness dimensions has the least. Therefore, The measurement of junior schoolstudents`physical education learning Learned Helplessness level have morereliable predictors for sports performance.The research`s survey do bring some inspiration for junior school students`physical education.
