Professional teachers in an increasingly strong demand background, China started to establish and implement the Teacher Certification System. Accessing to the certified teachers was also begun to reform and improve. They are considered as the strongest law guarantee to accelerate teachers'specialization. This essay is committed to the institution-building of the current certification of access to primary and secondary teachers; to analyze and summarize the status and shortcomings of the existing system of teacher certification. This paper makes efforts to reform the teacher certification standards for low entry and the phenomenon of a mere formality; to improve the access of qualification certification standards for teachers in primary and secondary school; to accelerate the professional teaching staff and promote the healthy growth of teachers in primary and secondary school.This paper consists five parts:Partâ… : Describes the research background, reviews the certification system of access to primary and secondary teachers and the development process, analyzes the existing problems, and systematic introduction of foreign and domestic access to the existing mode of teacher training.Partâ…¡: Defining the concept related to teacher education, and summering the related theories support for teachers'training, mainly including the development of philosophy and the theory of teacher education and also put forward the main research methods.Partâ…¢: Through surveying the core educational curriculum of the main education and training of teachers and teaching issues from a non-College Graduates to analyze the reasons that the certification standards of teachers in primary and secondary school is low and a mere formality. Then it brings up the differences of access certification between teacher students and non-normal students.Partâ…£: Based on the problems exposed from the current certification of teachers, to improve the teachers'access system, to innovate the field of practices and to strengthen the practical links. This thesis reforms the Teacher Certification System, to strengthen the teaching qualification of non-normal graduates and social workers and to address suggestions for constructing Teacher Certification System, in line with Chinas national conditions to establish the initial certification standards.Partâ…¤: Making a summary of reforming Teacher access authentication system and improving the access standards for teachers. In the end, the author putting forward the strategic choice of access to certification for primary and secondary school teachers in the 21st century.
