The new curriculum revolution has been putting emphasis on the importance of Experiential Learning. The Guidance of Long-term Educational Revolution and Development Plans of Shanghai for 2010-2020 has mentioned the necessity as follows: the correction of the trends of teaching knowledge, the relationship among curriculum, students'life and social development. All subjects should refer to the teaching guidance and integrate its features with the guidance as well as the procedures of learning, experiencing targets setting, stimulating students'self-initiative and enthusiasm in exploring expertise. Experiential Learning is blessed with the arousing students'interest, cultivating students'independent thinking and learning by their own, developing their creativity, enhancing their teamwork awareness and advancing their abilities of communication. The method of Experiential Learning means teachers provide the real-life situation, offer students to learn through reflection on doing, cultivate students'ability to gain knowledge by themselves and enjoy the procedures of experiencing. Experiential Learning can be a highly effective educational method. This complete process allows one to learn new skills, new attitudes or even entirely new ways of thinking. As a matter of fact, the method of Experiential Learning has been practised and implemented by other countries. The domestic educational experts have just begun to facilitate the new method, immerse their research into the real situation, gain new knowledge from their peers. This complete process allows one to learn new skills, new attitudes or even entirely new ways of thinking.Creating an Experiential Learning environment can be challenging for educators who have been taught through traditional classroom techniques. This is what my research cares about. A fun learning environment, with plenty of laughter and respect for the learners abilities, also fosters an effective experiential learning environment. For me, the method of Experiential Learning means opening up new possibilities for the ways in which we educate our students.
