The method of Physics Delamination Teaching in high school meets the demands of Curriculum Standards, serves the curriculum reform and satisfies the curiosity of students at all levels. According to the theories of delamination teaching and my own teaching experience, I have studied the strategy of delamination teaching in the five links of physics teaching and its practice in the paper. The main methods I have used in the research are: literature consulting, questionnaire surveys, and contrast experiments. Before and after the experiment, I made two questionnaire surveys in the experimental class, and I also made a statistic test to their result and analyze it. The conclusion shows that delamination teaching is effective to arouse students'interest in learning physics, encourage students to participate in activities in physics classes, and improve the quality of their physics homework. I made two statistical tests to the two-class marks in the school-unified exams before and after the experiment. The conclusion shows that high school physical delamination teaching is effective to improve students' physics marks.The paper contains five chapters. The first chapter mainly expounds the background, the significance of the research, and the concept of physics delamination teaching in high school. The second chapter basically introduces the current research situation of delamination teaching at home and abroad, the basis of the topic selection and the characteristics of delamination teaching and the content of the research. The third chapter is about the strategy research of physics delamination teaching in high school, which mainly involves the strategy of students being ranked and the strategies of lesson preparation, classroom teaching, homework arrangement, homework checking and evaluation, and the strategy of after-school guidance, and the strategy of the measurement and evaluation of school achievement. In every strategy research, there are some specific examples given. The fourth chapter is about the research process of physical delamination teaching in high school and the analysis of the research result. The fifth chapter is about summary and rethink of the research and practice of physics delamination teaching in high school. Through the research, I hope to improve my own teaching practice, and make the good method widely promoted to make high school physics teaching more effective.
