With school curriculum reform continued to deepen, the concept aboutequal respect education is more and more social attention. The foundationeducation course reform outline (try out)"clearly pointed out" in the teachingprocess, teachers should respect students’ personality, pay attention toindividual differences, meet the learning needs of different students, creatingcan guide students to actively participate in the education environment,stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm, cultivate students to master and applyknowledge attitude and ability, make every student can get sufficientdevelopment."new curriculum standard" also has a clear statement: studentsare the main body of learning and development. Chinese curriculum must payattention to the students’ individual differences and different learning needs,to love, because of historical and social reasons, compulsory education stagein our country, Universal is a system of parallel class. Class is30-40less,more than60, this leads to the students’ basic differences, learning ability isuneven also, if all take "one size fits all" approach, in defiance of the students’individual differences, will seriously hamper the personality development ofstudents, often causing top students "do not have enough to eat," poor studentis "difficult to digest," in "trapped in the circle of healing" in the deepimplements the lamination teaching, students according to their students’language ability is divided into A, B, C three layers, in classroom teaching,homework layered design testing and evaluation, to make every level of thestudents can get development, even poor student can experience the fun oflearning, gain self-confidence and A sense of achievement, so as to stimulateinterest in learning, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students to learn.Through practice, concluded that l. layered teaching effectively promotethe students actively participate in learning activities, arouse their potential,promote the development of the students’ non-intelligence factors.2. Improving the average score, pass and excellence, to enhance the students’self-confidence and a sense of achievement (3) greatly optimize therelationship between teachers and students, so as to improve the efficiency ofthe cooperation and communication between teachers and students. Enhancethe emotional communication between teachers and students, improve thestudents’ Chinese accomplishment and enthusiasm for language learning.
