Human genetic resources is genetic materials that represent human genes, in the modern world, the elite athletes in various sports most represent human genetic fitness of population, it is their own irreplaceable resource of human beings to explore and research. Athlete of immortalized cell bank was established to preserve permanently genetic resources that are associated with human and their outstanding exercise capacity, while coordinating the previous experimental studies contradiction in relay and temporary collection of specimens in order to effectively study the same object for a continuous study. The study takes elite athletes of U-pipe snowboarding as a study object, by transfection of cultured cells from the B958 EBV, building athletes'immortalized cell bank of peripheral blood B cells and testing the level of immortalized cells for cell and molecular level. I draw the following conclusions:(1) The sample took from Chinese athletes of U-pipe snowboarding team, including several World Cup champion, world champion, national champion and the outstanding achievements of athletes to permanently preserve part of genetic resources of China's national team skiing athletes through extracting and storing the team'genomic DNA. Therefore we can provide experimental material for gene-related research of the elite athletes, which was still a first at home and abroad.(2)Establish the technology system for transformation a B lymphocyte, culture. In the technology system, this study explored the use GIBCO company'fetal bovine serum prepared by -wide medium grade to transform sample B lymphocyte and cultured and passage immortalized cells with wide culture medium that was dispense with gifted class serum by BIOCHROMAG company, thus saving the research funds, and get satisfactory results.(3) In this study, I took the blood B lymphocytes from players and transformed them by EBV with suspension culture, successfully constructed athletes immortalized cell lines, and detected biological characteristics of cells I established a relatively perfect detection system of the biological characteristics for establishing the basic theoretical techniques of the sports study on alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, biathlon, freestyle skiing and others in future.â‘ P10 cells on the growth curve mapping, immortalized cells are not found in normal cell growth was "S" curve. Although the growth cycle and general cell has a great difference, but it fit multiplication characteristics of immortalized cells. â‘¡Testing cell cycle of the immortalized cell apoptosis, I found that immortalized cells increases as the cell passages, the apoptosis rate remained stable, the difference was not significant. In the cell cycle, mitotic with the increase of passages, immortalized cells is strong and stable.â‘¢by exogenous gene transfected immortalized cells, it shows that the immortalized cells transfected with the high rate of thriving, with the ability of exogenous gene expression that can be used as transgenic research materials, but also can be used as the future of gene therapy vectors.â‘£There did not has cross-contamination in B lymphoid immortalized cells by which isoenzymes, karyotype analysis and PCR-SSCP technology validation EBV transformation, the genetic performance was stable and suit for preservation of the athletes genes.(3) The study in relation to no better preservation on genes of excellent athletes for a long time through the establishment immortalized cell bank of excellent U-pipe snowboarding athletes to change the status of good genes are lost. As science and technology development, it can support genetic research, material selection, material and treatment in future.
