China has always been a sports power attracting worldwide attention,especially the successful hosting of the Beijing Olympic Games and the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Olympic Games,which shows that the status of sports in China has been significantly improved.Therefore,the sports gene of high-level athletes has become an extremely precious genetic resource.It is undoubtedly a great loss to China’s sports cause if we do not take protective gene prese rvation for excellent athletes and allow their sports ability to fade gradually until death after retirement.In this paper,the excellent ice hockey players of kunlun hongxing club were taken as the research object,the immortalized cell lines were established,the genetic resources of excellent ice hockey players were preserved,and the biological characteristics were tested to determine whether the immortalized cells were mutated.The expression of genes related to endurance was studied using transformed immortalized cells.In this paper,the immortalized cell lines were established by EBV transfor mation of B lymphocytes.PCR,positive rate detection,karyotype detection,apoptosis detection,cell cycle detection and other experimental methods were used to detect whether the transformed immortalized cells had the characteristics of B lymphocytes.Then the expression of endurance related genes was studied in immortalized cells.After transformation,the passage rate of immortalized cells was significantly increased,and specific markers of Blymphocytes CD19 and CD20 were expressed in surface marker detection and positive rate detection.The chromosome number and morphology did not change.The results of cell cycle and apoptosis indicated that the immortalized cells were still active enough to continue subculture.After the transformation,the expression of endurance genes in immortalized cells was compared with that of ordinary people without sy stematic training,and it was found that the expression of genes related to end urance was significantly higher than that of the control group.EBV transformed peripheral blood B lymphocyte immortalized cell lines were successfully established in this study,and the transformed immortalized cells still had the characteristics of Blymphocyte,and had good activity to contin ue passage.The expression of genes related to endurance was detected by immortalized cells.
