National curriculum is a unified curriculum compiled by the national education management department,which reflects the national will and education standards.However,it cannot completely adapt to life in every region of the social cultural background and social development of the actual needs,not fully consider different places,different schools of the actual development situation,can not take care to learners of different cultural backgrounds and needs.The state encourages the development of school-based curriculum.School-based curriculum development of an effective combination of the characteristics of different regions,schools and students,fully consider the participation enthusiasm of teachers and the students' learning needs,provide students with a variety of courses to choose,it can within a certain range to complement the national curriculum.The author's native place is Neihuang county,Anyang city,Henan province,and Neihuang peasant painting is one of the local cultural and artistic representatives of Neihuang county.The author as the second high school of Anyang county a art teacher,to the people's fine arts publishing house of average high school curriculum standard experiment textbook "art appreciation" lesson 16 in the beauty in eternity-folk folk art in China "as the blueprint,will be within the Neihuang farmer paints in a high school art curriculum development and application.The development and application of inner Neihuang farmer paints in high school art curriculum include two aspects:the appreciation of agricultural Farmer paints and the practice of painting and painting of Neihuang farmer paints.Through the study of the concept,origin,controversy,dilemma,innovation and development of the peasant painting,the paper selected Huxian,Jinshan and neihuang farmer paints for comparison and analysis.Through the in-depth study of the cultural background,artistic characteristics,creative techniques and development innovation of the Neihuang farmer paints,the application of the painting practice of Neihuang farmer paints is carried out.Through the teaching practice to achieve the students' aesthetic education and moral education goal,to establish the students to inherit the folk art sense of responsibility and mission.On research methods:combining with people on the high school textbooks,balancing the needs of students' development and the characteristics of the fine arts disciplines,from art history and theory of curriculum knowledge,access to journals,Thurber paper,newspapers,such as relevant literature,theory of education,arts,psychology,etc,adopt induction,comparison method,practice method and so on many kinds of research methods,the combination of combining theory with practice,makes every effort to get new research harvest.With the development of social economy,the peasant group is undergoing great changes.The development of farmers' paintings also came into crisis.As an art teacher,we need to do our little to protect our folk art.As a student,it is more obligation and responsibility to inherit and develop national culture and art.In the future,they will be like dandelion,flying to the southeast northwest of the motherland.At that time,when people asked about the traditional folk art in his hometown,at least he would think of the Farmer paints,and he would think of the Neihuang farmer paints.They will be proud of the fact that they have fully experienced its charm.
