Research On Employment Capability Cultivation Of Undergraduate Students Majoring In Wushu Routines In Physical Education Colleges

The improvement of employability can not only enable college students to be employed smoothly,but also an important guarantee for college students to realize their self-worth.As the national traditional sports in China,martial arts routines,with the implementation of national strategies such as the “Belt and Road” and “martial arts on campus”,the development of martial arts special undergraduates has attracted more scrutiny and attention from the society.Since the existing research is more an objective display of the employment results of undergraduates specializing in martial arts routines,this article focuses on the key factor that affects employment—employability,which is an indicator for the benign development and advanced development of martial arts special undergraduates Provide reference basis for personnel training in sports colleges.This article uses literature data method,expert survey method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method for research.Through self-edited questionnaire survey,424 valid questionnaire data of martial arts special undergraduates and 49 valid questionnaire data of employers were obtained by random selection,and SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the survey data.Compilation of the questionnaire mainly refers to the process of referring to previous studies,open questionnaires and in-depth interviews,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaires are verified through expert surveys and pre-surveys to form the final questionnaire.The results of the study indicate that the employability of undergraduates specializing in martial arts routines is generally at the upper middle level.there are significant differences in gender,grade,job experience,part-time or internship experience.There are also significant differences in the impact on each dimension.by horizontally comparing the data of martial arts routine undergraduates and employers,it is concluded that the martial arts routine undergraduates rank in each dimension of self-management ability,general skills,Career planning ability,professional knowledge,and the ranking of employers in each dimension of employability are selfmanagement ability,professional knowledge,career planning ability,and general skills.Research conclusion: The martial arts routine undergraduates ’employability structural elements include four dimensions: professional knowledge,general skills,career planning ability,and self-management ability;the influencing factors of employability ability include self-factor and objective factor.The overall level of employability of undergraduates specializing in martial arts routines is at a medium level.Based on the research results,the countermeasures for the cultivation of employability are proposed,which mainly include: martial arts routine undergraduates should actively learn professional knowledge,actively participate in internship practice,and establish a career development perspective based on their own personalities;colleges and universities of sports should innovate training methods,based on employment ability Embedded integrated teaching and talent training mechanism;the government should establish an employment capacity training framework and improve employment rights and employment information policies.This study provides a useful reference for optimizing the cultivation of employability and promoting the matching of employment supply and demand.
