The curriculum decision-making refers to a degree curriculum subjects to decisions made in the curriculum of their needs and aspirations, and underlines the curriculum right in nature. In China, the students as main participant and beneficiary of the cur- riculum, their right has been neglected for a long time, but only the concept that they are passive takes this curriculum be deeply rooted among the people. In the crucial period of the reform of new curriculum, to discuss on the high school student'participation in curriculum decision-making, not only can provide some suggestions for reform and development, but also further extend students'rights and ability.At present, after we analyzed relevant literature at home and abroad that there is a"blind spot"in this area. We start from defined this concept that"the high school student'participation in curriculum decision-making", and systematic construction the basis theories. For a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of the high school student'participation in curriculum decision-making in schools, we select a middle school in Chongqing during the writing process of this article as a point. Then we using"purposeful sampling"will extract three teachers, and five high school students, including three student leaders or society members. Finally the study selects"qualitative research", focusing on the use of interview survey to collect data for analysis.The study indicates that current high school students at large understand the cur- riculum and have active consciousness, but the extent of participation in management is not enough, the limited range, the single participatory manner, participate in the system is not perfect. This is related to many subjective and objective factors, such as the motivation, attitude, capacity and self-efficacy of the high school students, traditional curriculum ideas, lack of system management system, be restricted by evaluation system and so on. At the same time, we correctly recognize the limits in the high school student'participation in curriculum decision-making, including the scope, level of participation, and its relationship with other courses relevant person. In order to adapt to the development of the times and promote the high school student'participation in curriculum decision-making, the research made following several suggestions: Firstly, increase the support from various sides and levels, including sense, substance, information; Secondly, create colorful participation form, such as the committee, the questionnaire, the"small class teaching"; Thirdly, improve and creative the participation system; Last establishment the security system, ensure curriculum decision-making rights and capacity of the high school students. To sum up, prospects for the future, we advocate form a curriculum system that democratic participation.
