As a big socialist country, teachers as the leader of cultivating talents, the need for the healthy growth of students is the development direction and driving force of national education. The success of any decision implementation in a school depends on the joint efforts of all teachers and students. As participants in school decision-making,the participation status of teachers not only affects their own performance and organizational performance, but also directly determines the progress of talent training. In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s social economy, the complex and diversified influence of modern school management and decision-making can no longer be solely dependent on the decisions made by school administrators. This largely requires schools, administrators, teachers’ participation, mutual influence, and as far as possible to stimulate teachers’ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, social demand for talent and need is more and more, the school decision also tends to be complex and professional,so teachers in the process of decision-making problems are more and more. When too many unnecessary decision-making meetings are held, requiring teachers to participate in meaningless resolutions, will inevitably lead to the decline of teachers’ participation enthusiasm, thus reducing teachers’ willingness to participate in decisionmaking,long-term serious teachers are unwilling to increase their own cognition, unable to mention the motivation to participate in decisionmaking, and cause teachers’ performance decline.Participative decision making can be traced back to the research history in the 1980 s.In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have never stopped their research on participatory decision-making,with countless participation in the teacher profession. It can be imagined that teacher participation in decision-making will not only influence selfcognition and achievement motivation, but also promote or decrease the performance of teachers and organizations. Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to research on teachers’ participation in decision-making,teacher participation cognition, teacher achievement motivation and teacher performance.Tibet A University is the leading school in Tibet with a large number of teachers. Therefore, building an excellent team of teachers with ethnic characteristics is not only of positive significance to the local economic and social development of Tibet, but also plays a great role in the educational innovation and social talent export in the border areas of the motherland.Through the study on the performance of teachers in Tibet A University, this paper can not only understand the status of teachers’ participation in decision-making,but also provide countermeasures and suggestions to solve problems to their own status, and provide guidance and suggestions for the development and construction of teachers across the country. In this context, this paper,495 teachers from Tibet A University were selected as the research objects, and obtained survey data through questionnaire distribution and collection, and used SPSS26.0 and AMOS24.0 software to analyze the data.Pearson product difference correlation analysis,one-way variance analysis(ANOVA)and(SEM)were used to describe the reality of teacher participation in decision making, and studied the relationship and influence mechanism between teacher participation, participation cognition, achievement motivation and teacher performance. Finally, combined with the analysis of the research results, the countermeasures and suggestions for teachers’ participation in decisionmaking, participation in cognition, achievement motivation and teacher performance are put forward from the three aspects of individual, organization and society,so as to help the majority of teachers to better participate in decision-making and improve teacher performance, and build a better team of teachers.
