With the globalization progress and the development of knowledge economy, teachers who only play the traditional role----knowledge giver can not adapt to the needs of society, the bondedness become worse. This makes teachers role must be adapted and changed. Chinese teachers are required to be the communicator for students; the organizer and instructor for class-teaching; the developer and constructer for curriculum resources; and for teachers selves, they should be researchers and lifelong learners. In this regard, this article focuses on finding and researching the new change of Chinese teacher roles in following aspects:teacher-student interaction, the influence of schools and society. To prompt Chinese teachers'role make an effective adapt and adjust.Paper is divided into four parts altogether:Part One focuses on the basic situation and the primary understanding of of Chinese teachers'role.Part Two focuses on the limitations of traditional Chinese teachers'role, these limitations prevent the development of Chinese teachers. Schools, parents both can't satisfy Chinese teachers. In this result, traditional Chinese teachers'role faced disintegrated, which must have new achievements to conform the time and satisfy society, schools and students.Part Three mainly discusses the redefine to Chinese teachers'role. According to the Chinese courses, classes and different needs of students, there should be different roles.The fourth part of the paper focuses on the Chinese teachers'role in practical teaching process. Because Chinese is a humanities, it is different from other subjects. It also determines Chinese teachers'role has its particularKity.
