| Under the current environment of College Physical Education reform,volleyball teachers’ professional attitude not only affects the development of volleyball teachers’ professional quality,but also affects the overall effect of college volleyball education.Based on this,this study,by means of literature,questionnaire,Delphi and mathematical statistics,and on the basis of determining the structural factors of professional attitude survey,makes a comparative analysis of the cognitive,emotional and tendencies of College Volleyball teachers’ professional attitude in Changchun City,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the basis of determining the influencing factors.The study concludes that:1.Overall survey of professional attitudes: in terms of professional cognition,there is relatively insufficient positive understanding of social roles and contributions,social respect and social status;good understanding of the importance of teaching and the difficulty of excellent teachers,but low sense of work achievement;relatively high proportion of teachers’ psychological pressure and hard work,and low positive proportion of economic income.In terms of professional emotions,I like volleyball and volleyball courses,and I agree with my colleagues and students in interpersonal relationships.I can clearly realize that my personality,interests and hobbies are in line with volleyball teachers’ profession.However,there are a few who do not like or dislike the current volleyball courses and work system,especially the majority who are not satisfied with the current working environment.In terms of professional orientation,most volleyball teachers can identify with the profession of volleyball teachers,have certain professional stability,and can continue to be active and promising for volleyball education.At the same time,there are a few volleyball teachers who want to change their jobs.2.Contrastive differences in occupational attitudes: In terms of occupational cognition,there are significant differences between senior and Junior Age groups,undergraduate and postgraduate students,junior and postgraduate students,associate professors and lecturers,professors and lecturers.The differences are mainly related to years of work,personal needs and other factors;in terms of occupational emotions,there is no significant difference between gender,age,support and rank.In terms of career orientation,there are significant differences between the upper and lower age groups,the middle and lower age groups,college and graduate students,lecturers and associate professors.The main reasons for the differences are working hours,work pressure,work system and work value perception.3.The factors affecting volleyball teachers’ professional attitude: working conditions,emotional factors and personal qualities have an average impact on professional attitude of more than 4 points(full score of 5 points),which is relatively large.Among them,economic income,venues and equipment,job title promotion and other contents in working conditions have a greater impact on career achievement,attention and career choice tendency;emotional factors mainly have a greater impact on career enthusiasm and interpersonal relationship atmosphere of colleagues;knowledge and skills in personal qualities,like volleyball,career and responsibility have a greater impact on the evaluation of working environment,professional identity,and so on.Work pressure has a greater impact.4.The countermeasures for the development of professional attitude are as follows: firstly,by establishing and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of teachers’ work,the integrated learning and training system,the promotion system of professional titles,etc.,to create a good mechanism environment for encouraging teachers’ work and consolidate the professional cognitive basis of volleyball teachers;secondly,by strengthening multi-professional ethics education,improving teachers’ welfare treatment,establishing communication and communication mechanism,and developing cultural and sports activities.Third,to respond to the needs of volleyball teachers by improving teaching infrastructure,optimizing volleyball teachers’ curriculum arrangement,optimizing teachers’ structure,and establishing and perfecting scientific research and innovation related systems,so as to ensure that volleyball teachers have a good career development environment and make positive career choices for volleyball teachers.Lay the foundation. |
