In the time of vocational education vigorous development, the higher vocational education is holding the important mission. And Xinjiang takes the strategic point in the next five year's development plan, the higher vocational education's development is playing a pivotal role. This article puts forward the mentality and the method according to Xinjiang vocational education essential factor - - the construction of teachers' incentive mechanism.This article starts with the result of Xinjiang vocational teachers' existing incentive mechanism, analyzing the research of university teachers'incentive situation at home and aboard, on the basic of summarizing the existing incentive theory. And through the compare of incentive mechanism's differences between Xinjiang and East region's vocational teachers, in order to discover the existence the problems and the reasons of present Xinjiang vocational teachers'incentive mechanism, and find the problems through the research of the representative Xinjiang CJ professional technology institute. Aiming at the existing problems of the incentive mechanism, such as content deficient, the means of incentive are unitary, the method is inflexible, the incentive does not start from the teachers' need and so on, proposing the solutions and countermeasures. This article from the quality of teacher benefit, proposing the methods from the implementation complete salary strategy, implementing teacher's lamination, improving performance examination, perfecting the training system, and adopting the effective spirit to drive and so on, to increases the incentive's fairness,scientific nature and the validity. Finally, I hope the results of this the research can provide help to the management of Xinjiang vocational teachers and the reformThis article's innovation is through the demonstration and data analysis method to analyze the incentive mechanism of Xinjiang vocational teachers, providing the reliable basis for the drive supervisory work. Second, using comparison research technique to find problems of incentive mechanism of Xinjiang vocational teachers through the comparison between east and west section quality, and propose solutions.
