The Research Of The Primary School Teachers Curriculum Leadership

With the new basic education curriculum reformation promoting deepeningly,teachers curriculum leadership is from a global perspective in pure theory into locally educational practice.However, due to lack of experience especially the preparation in the domestic teacher leadership theory of no sufficience, our practice of primary and secondary school teachers curriculum leadership is still in "spontaneous" state.This hinders the professional development of teachers, limiting furtherly promoting the new curriculum reformation.
