With the new basic education curriculum reformation promoting deepeningly,teachers curriculum leadership is from a global perspective in pure theory into locally educational practice.However, due to lack of experience especially the preparation in the domestic teacher leadership theory of no sufficience, our practice of primary and secondary school teachers curriculum leadership is still in "spontaneous" state.This hinders the professional development of teachers, limiting furtherly promoting the new curriculum reformation. Since primary education is the "foundation" of education foundation to promote basic education, primary school teachers are the backbone of leading the development, therefore, this paper will focus on the perspective of primary school teachers.Based on illustrating the concept and characteristics of teacher's curriculum leadership, This paper combines the new curriculum and teaching life of primary school teachers, and demonstrates the need and possibilities for primary school teachers curriculum leadership,and then by academic analysis, analysises the elements and running of the primary school teachers curriculum leadership.After exploring the source of leadership and its formation conditions, combining with related cases, this paper explores the action strategies to enhance the primary school teachers curriculum leadership. The paper contains the following six parts:The first part is an introduction, including the issues, definition, literature review, research significance, research ideas and methods.The second part mainly collates and summarizes the concept of teachers curriculum leadership. And on this basis of it, it explains the concept and character of teachers curriculum leadership.The third part demonstrates the necessity and possibility of the primary school teachers curriculum leadership form the theory of curriculum leadership, practice of basic education curriculum reformation and the professional development of primary school teachers. This part lays the foundation for the following-up of the paper. The fourth part in-depth analysis the element structures and operation of the primary school teachers curriculum leadership. According to theory of curriculum leadership dimensions and elements of composition theory,and combining with the teaching practice of the primary school teachers, this part analysises the constituting elements of the primary school teachers curriculum leadershiof, and reveals the process of its operation.The fifth Part explores the sources and its formation conditions of the primary school teachers curriculum leadership. By analyzing the source of leadership and curriculum leadership,with the primary school teachers practical curriculum leadership,it clears the source of the primary teachers curriculum leadership, and from the subjective and objective point of two views,it in-depth analysises the conditions of the formation of the impact of the primary school teachers curriculum leadership.The sixed part is from teaching off-site and professional development of the primary school teachers, using cases to explore the strategies of enhancing the primary school teachers curriculum leadership. This part is mainly from updating the ideas and strengthening professional knowledge, innovating teachers culture, improving curriculum transaction and establishing professional learning communities, etc., with related cases, specifically to discuss the action strategies of enhancing the primary school teachers curriculum leadership.
