For a long time, most teachers only consider themselves as the passive curriculum executors. This affects the exertion of teachers’ curriculum leadership, which is unfavorable for the teachers’ professional development and the deepening of new curriculum reform. Primary school education is the key of the basic education, and primary school teachers are the backbone power to promote the development of basic education. Therefore, elementary school teachers’ curriculum leadership needs attention. Using the interview method and classroom observation,this study makes a detail qualitative research on teachers in R school. Analyze the current situation, problems and influencing factors of R school teachers’ curriculum leadership, then advance the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, to promote the development of primary school teachers’ curriculum leadership.This thesis consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction part. Mainly introduce selected topic reasons, literature review, research significance, core concepts, research ideas and methods.The second part inductives the current situation and main problems in curriculum leadership of primary school teachers in ethnic minority areas. Come to the conclusion that teachers` abilities on curriculum design, curriculum development, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation are insufficient.The thirth part analysis influence factors including school and teachers two aspects.The forth part puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on elementary school teachers’ curriculum leadership.School should attach great importance to the cultivate of teachers’ curriculum leadership, teachers should optimize teaching design, promote the development of school-based curriculum, carry out the research activity, pay attention to the diversification of evaluation to enhance the curriculum leadership.
