With the promoting of the 8th curriculum reform, teacher’s curriculum leadership is becoming the front and hot issue in current Chinese education field. Actually, the front line teachers are most closely linked with students and give the students more influences about daily life and activities, so the front line teachers are core force of the curriculum reform. In theory, teachers should control the whole activity but the problem we faced is teachers don’t have proper position in this reform. This paper focus on the curriculum leadership, trying to be more specifically and comprehensively grasp the teachers’ facing issue of curriculum reform. This paper focus on teacher’s curriculum leadership, on the basis of studying a mass of literature and construction model of teacher’s curriculum leadership, through the questionnaire and deeply interview, trying to grasp the facing issue of primary and secondary school teachers in practical curriculum activities. Finally, this paper put forward the pointed countermeasure proposal in view of how to improve teacher’s training and teachers’ professional.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part, literature review and model construction. Firstly, the literatures were comb overview about the domestic and foreign document of curriculum leadership, and comment on their research. It constructs the insufficient of the main body of leadership, the front line teachers and practice research. Finally, it predicting the trends of drawn up questionnaires, factors affecting the empirical research, experiment contrast experiment.The second part, the theory of teachers’ curriculum leadership. It defines the related concepts and put the related theory as the based theory. The author reference for the existing primary and secondary school teacher’s curriculum leadership questionnaire survey and point out questionnaire abroad face localization, the domestic study lacks breadth and depth of questions. By critical reflection on the basis of the existing questionnaire, The author construct teacher’s curriculum leadership “six-dimensional model”.The third part, study on the status of teachers’ curriculum leadership. Using the teacher’s curriculum leadership “six-dimensional model” ideas to the development of teacher’s curriculum leadership questionnaire. A pilot study shows questionnaire validity-good. Formal investigation the study has found significant differences in gender, urban and rural areas, the title and position and no difference in nationalities.The forth part, using the teacher’s curriculum leadership “six-dimensional model” ideas to discuss the generate and development of teachers’ curriculum leadership. Paper uses case study method, research several type of successful teachers curriculum leadership, developmental curriculum leadership, foil type teachers’ curriculum leadership, and obtain the final result.The fifth part, the countermeasures and suggestions above promotion of the teacher’s curriculum leadership. From the leadership culture teachers’ curriculum situation, the paper put forward the following Suggestions: strengthen the primary and secondary school teachers’ professional, improve the quality of teachers’ training, shape equal cooperation of teacher culture, establish and improve the system security system.
