Teaching is a course of bilateral interactive of teacher and students. It is full of discourse of teacher and students. But, there is no student's "voice" in today's school class field, that is, students'self-determination discourse power is deprived. There is full of teacher's supremacy discourse. student's self-determination spirits is shaded and it causes student's independent be depressed, disgust of studying and personality be distorted. As a result, more same standard products without innovation spirits and self-determination spirits are trained. These are the manifestations of the alienation of Teacher and student discourse power. There are many reasons for the decreasing of the alienation of teacher and student discourse power, its not only linked with the history of the authority of teachers but also related closely with the knowledge-centered tradition in education. In response to this situation, this paper proposes some Decreasing Strategies from the Perspective of Postmodernism.The education concept of postmodernism advocates opposing the authority of teachers, emphasizes the differences of students, suggest teachers and students reach consensus through dialogue and intercourse.These views play great directive function for decreasing the Alienation of teacher and student discourse power in school class field. Teachers and students have the right to speak, but it's more important for their voices to be valued and comprehended. The purpose of decreasing the alienation of teacher and student discourse power using the postmodernism perspective is to make the teachers and students have the real power to speak and communicate with each other harmoniously, to make sure the course of of teaching Progress Smoothly. The paper is divided into five parts. First of all, introduction, it includes the cause of issue selection, the content and the Method, then the literature review. Section 2, the alienation of teacher and student discourse power in school class field and the adverse consequences it has caused. Section 3, the reasons of the alienation, it's both concerns with the conceptual factors and the institutional factors. Section 4, proposing some decreasing strategies from the perspective of postmodernism and also pointing some issues to be reckoned. section5, the end.
