Young teachers in rural primary school education and teaching as an important force, especially in the age of 30 groups of young teachers in the school's work plays an important role in improving the quality of rural education has a positive effect on the development of a school of the future significant. Therefore, we young teachers in rural primary motivation management of this important group to study the conditions to make it work enthusiasm, initiative into full play, has important and far-reaching significance.This article is a rural primary school teachers in sub-study of youth to two-factor theory, need theory, equity theory as the theoretical basis, through questionnaires, individual interviews, the research method to identify the needs of young teachers in rural primary schools and motivation preferences features, and look for the current young teachers in rural primary motivation management problems, and finally put forward for the special nature of this group of principles and the corresponding motivation measures. Through this study, we can further enrich and improve the motivation of teachers, management theory research, but also to fully mobilize the local rural primary school and the enthusiasm of young teachers in rural primary schools to improve the quality of young teachers in rural primary schools in the region to provide targeted motivation management effective strategy.This study is divided into four parts:the first part of the young teachers in rural primary schools to clarify the theoretical basis of motivation management, defining the main concepts of this study to introduce the theoretical tools used in this study, analysis of groups of young teachers in rural primary features of the present study the necessity and direction. The second part, we use Maslow's needs theory and the Adams equity theory to study and analyze the data from the questionnaire survey and interview material. Specifically in three steps:(1) Analysis of questionnaire data obtained job satisfaction and motivation of teachers preferred the overall situation; (2) analysis of different gender, occupation, education, and school type of teacher job satisfaction and motivation features of preferred terms; (3) detailed analysis of young teachers in rural primary job satisfaction and motivation preference status. The third part, we mainly use Herzberg's two-factor theory to analyze the motivation management problems of young teachers in rural primary school. The fourth part, from Motivation principles, motivations point of view on the current young teachers in rural primary Motivation Management suggest improvements.Through research, we have the following conclusions:First, groups of young teachers in rural primary schools have a high knowledge, high-quality, professional and strong features, and also that self-conscious, psychological pressure, responsibility is not strong features, they encourage more attention to their own preferences on material security, work environment improvement and self-development, have a strong spiritual and cultural needs and organizational fairness requirements.Second, young teachers in rural primary schools lower level of motivation management, motivation preferences and needs of young teachers there a big gap between young teachers in rural primary cause of the status of work dissatisfaction. Overall low level of wages, salary structure is irrational, social security and the lack of an impact on job satisfaction of young teachers in rural primary schools primary factor in the situation. Not fair teacher evaluation system and fewer promotion opportunities for study and training, to become dissatisfied with the work of young teachers have the second largest factor. Young teachers in rural primary schools in the imperfections of the policy management, guiding the work of small, Exchange work less, etc. also affect the work of young teachers to improve performance. Work more, high strength, high work pressure, resulting in their lack of investment in the necessary time to improve their professional ability, affected the vision of young teacher professional development and self-development has constrained the growth of young teachers in the process of professionalization. Behind the work of rural primary school facilities, school environment, poor, remote and relatively closed environment, young teachers in rural primary schools cannot meet the spiritual and cultural life needs of the young teachers enhance the inner sense of loss, resulting in some excellent rural primary school teachers lack the brain drain and. Third, young teachers in rural primary motivation management to grasp the requirements of rationality, the object of the differences, the process of humanization, the implementation of fairness, motivation measures, such as integrated management of the five principles of the integrated use of two-factor theory, need theory, Three theoretical models of equity theory, from government departments, schools, teachers themselves three important measures of the main starting to find a solution:the existence of health factors to solve problems to increase efforts to focus on the eradication of rural primary schools a sense of dissatisfaction with the work of young teachers; on the motivation problems in regard to actively create conditions to mobilize the work of young teachers in rural primary schools initiative and enthusiasm. Only three coordinated interaction and strengthen communication in order to solve the motivation of young teachers in rural primary school management issues, to mobilize the work of young teachers in rural primary schools initiative and improve their work performance.
