In the context of rural revitalization,rural primary and secondary education is facing more and more challenges,among which the teacher strength of rural teachers has become the most critical factor,and the cultivation of young teachers in rural primary and secondary schools has become the most important way to enhance the teacher strength of rural teachers.Based on the understanding of rural primary and secondary schools and young teachers,this paper defines the core concepts and characteristics of education authorities,rural primary and secondary schools,rural young teachers,rural primary and secondary school teacher training.Through the methods of literature research and field survey,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of rural teacher training in H District of Wenzhou City,and uses the methods of questionnaire survey and field interview to understand the development of rural young teachers in H District of Wenzhou City,their views on teacher training and suggestions to the education authorities,From the investigation and research,this paper summarizes the problems of the current rural young teachers' training: the training system is lack of systematicness,the training content is lack of vernacular,the training mode is lack of efficiency,and the training mechanism is lack of incentive.Based on the interviews and questionnaires of rural primary and secondary school teachers in H District and the current situation of rural young teachers in H District of Wenzhou City,this paper combs out the functions of education authorities and advocates balanced development;The implementation of hierarchical team training to accelerate the development of young teachers;Three suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism and promote the long-term development of rural young teachers.Further explore the effective ways and methods of training young teachers in rural primary and secondary schools,summarize the current experience of training young teachers,put forward the training methods and ways of young teachers,and put forward the optimization suggestions for the education authorities.
