Body compositions is a floorboard of human various tissues and organs composition. Body compositions reflects the proportion character of human, that is an important indicator to measure and evaluate body conposition in measure and evaluate humanbody. Only every composition take reasonable proportion, the body can keep normal struction and function,keep healthy physique; know and master body composition’s current situation and character, is important to control weight effectily and keep the best locomotivity. Body composition of undergraduate can keep in regular extent is one symbol of undergraduate’s healthy, not only can evaluate healthy and physical level and reflect fat condition of undergraduates, but also can observe the effection of esercise training. aerobic exercise is a kind of physical esercise when the oxygen taken is equal with body needs. It’s a hot issue to intervene body composition by aeroblc exercise,to reach the best body composition. Proceed the research of aerobics on body compositions of college students by meta-analysis, not only can judge effection of aerobics on body compositions, but also can study the practical applicability of meta-analysis method conjoint body compositiona exploratorily.By meta-analysis, this thesis makes quantitative analysis on the effect of aerobics on body compositions of college students.since 1979 by using the Review Manager4.2 software downloaded from Cochrane. Formulated Standards for literature storage and Exclusive criteria for literature as required. The index choosed has:weight, fat mass, lean body mass, percent body fat, BMI, WHR, the skinfold of under the shoulder blade, belly, waist, triceps muscle of arm and atc. Totle 10 of the femeal college students’ index. weight, fat mass and lean body mass of the male college students’ index. Then select document in all of the relation document searched according to formulated standard,at last, by meta-analysis to study those index before and after the experment in experiment group and control group.The results are as follows::The research of aerobics on body compositions of college students. Impeccabled until 2002, The research number of objects is a range form 9 to 182; the test time of all the rasearch is unequal from 6 week to 1 year; researchers’ sex ratio are balanced, age structure is reasonable; there are 5 pieces of sports journals core,3 peeces of core not sports journals,4 pieces of not core not sports journals,9 pieces of Master’s thesis in all of the researches.Those researches on every weight index in female body compositions shows that:the effect of aerobics on weight of college female students.is big effect(1.99), there is no statistical significance on the lean body mass of college female students, with aerobic exercise or not; the effect of aerobics on fat mass of college female students.is big effect(2.14).Those researches on every ratio index in female body compositions shows that:the effect of aerobics on BF% of college female students.is big effect(1.10), the effect of aerobics on BMI of college female students.is medium effect(0.72); the effect of aerobics on WHR of college female students.is small effect(0.02).Those researches on every skinfold thickness index in female body compositions shows that: there is no statistical significance on the waist skinfold thickness of college female students with aerobic exercise or not; the effect of aerobics on belly skinfold thickness of college female students.is big effect(1.92); the effect of aerobics on under the shoulder blade skinfold thickness of college female students.is big effect(2.01); the effect of aerobics on costopinal angle skinfold thickness of college female students.is big effect(1.56).Those researches on every index in male body compositions shows that:the effect of aerobics on weight of college male students is big effect(2.25), the effect of aerobics on BF% of college male students is big effect(2.11), there is no statistical significance on the lean body mass of college male students. with aerobic exercise or not.In conclusion:the influence of index by aerobics exersis on female college students’ body copositions as big effect conclude weight, the fat mass, BF%, belly skinfold thickness, under the shoulder blade skinfold thickness, costopinal angle skinfold thickness; as mudium effect is BMI, as small effect is WHR, the index without effect are lean bodu mass and waist skinfold thickness. the influence of index by aerobics exersis on male college students’ body copositions as big effect concludes weight and BF%, the index without effect is lean body mass.
